Flour and grains

Growing grain for flour is something that has been a goal for the farm for many years and was realized back in 2021! We are growing rye and Red Fife wheat which is then milled on the farm and then bagged for you! Head on over to the online store to purchase. You can also find our flour both for sale and being used at: Tara Natural Foods, Bread and Butter Bakery, Limestone Creamery, Sigrid’s Natural Foods, Glenburnie Grocery, Big Waters Bakery (Athens), AquaTerra, Foodsmiths (Perth), The Granary (Carleton Place), Modern Thymes(Smiths Falls), C’est Tout (Smiths Falls), Wendy’s Country Market (Lyndhurst), Forno (Westport), The Crusty Baker (Kemptville), and the Memorial Centre Farmer’s Market (once a month).

Strawberries

Strawberries are available from mid-June to early July.
Order by the litre ($7.50/L, 4 litre minimum, 8 litre maximum) for pick-up at the farmstead just north of Kingston (3711 Hwy 38).

The U-pick strawberry patch opens every June. Join the U-Pick strawberries facebook group for updates & hours.

Food Box Program

Registration for the 2026 Food Box has not opened yet. Join the waiting list to be notified when it does.

The Food Box Program runs from June to October and is the primary way in which the food grown on the farm gets to people like you. For more information please visit the Food Box Page.

Bulk produce

Bulk produce is sold when it’s available. If you’re interested in wild leeks, sweet peppers, carrots, potatoes and kohlrabi please get in touch.
