Strawberries

Strawberries are available from mid-June to early July, and from August until the first frost.
Order by the litre ($7.00/L, 4 litre minimum, 16 litre maximum) for pick-up at the farmstead just north of Kingston (3711 Hwy 38). Delivery can be arranged for large orders. 

The U-pick strawberry patch opens every June. Join the U-Pick strawberries facebook group for updates & hours.

Food Box Program

REGISTRATION FOR THE 2024 FOOD BOX IS NOW OPEN!

The Food Box Program runs from June to October and is the primary way in which the food grown on the farm gets to people like you. For more information please visit the Food Box Page.

Flour and grains

Growing grain for flour is something that has been a goal for the farm for many years and now partnered with Roland from Grains and Goods you can buy Fat Chance Farmstead flour! We are growing rye and red fife wheat which is then milled by Roland and ready to be used by you. Head on over to our store to purchase. You can also find our flour at: Tara Natural Foods, Bread and Butter Bakery, Memorial Centre Farmer’s Market, Limestone Creamery and Foodsmiths (Perth).

Bulk produce

Bulk produce is sold when it’s available. If you’re interested in tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers in the summer or carrots, potatoes, kohlrabi, cabbage or beets in the winter please get in touch.
